  ONLY available in North America. The Processing time normally takes 1-2 business days. First Class (US) / Priority (US)/ Xpresspost (Canada) Shipping is available.
  
  Tracking number will be instantly provided for US and Canada Domestic Shipping.

• Leetmod ONLY ships to PayPal CONFIRMED delivery addresses when the shipping destination is outside the U.S. and Canada.
  
  
• Fast Domestic Shipping is available for the United States and Canada ONLY.
  
  
• P.O. boxes are OK for a mailing address.
  
  
• For Domestic Shipping, there is no extra charge for orders from Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

• If you have accidentally given us an incorrect Shipping address and your package is returned to us by the US Postal Service due to an undeliverable address, Leetmod.com will resend the package after the address is corrected, however, you will be charged for shipping and handling again.

*Estimate delivery time is provided by postal service. Leetmod.com is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, holiday traffic, postal service processing and customs processing. Shipping can take longer when the destination is a rural address or far from any major cities. Shipping also can take 6-8 weeks when it is shipped to South America, Middle East and Africa.

Warranty, Return and Exchange:

We do our best to ensure that every single product has been fully tested before we ship. All merchandise from Leetmod.com is covered with a 90 Days Full Warranty if not stated. An Limited Lifetime Warranty is applied to most cartridges and memory cards. If you received a DOA (dead on arrival) item, please contact us immediately for an exchange.

Return(s) for refund:
Please contact us within 7 days after your order is received. To qualify for return, your merchandise should be new and relatively used. A 20% or a minimum $2.00 restocking fee will be charged. 

Available within 30 days of purchase, Leetmod.com can send refunds to your PayPal account. Order placed between 30 days to 90 days, Leetmod.com will refund by store credit.

Defective Merchandise Exchange:
Please contact us from the CONTACT US page to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization ) and RMA address. Simply send back your defective merchandise to have it replaced.

Available Within 90 days of purchase, Leetmod.com will replace your defective merchandise for FREE.

Merchandise purchased over 90 days, Leetmod.com charges $4.50 USD shipping and handling fee for every RMA order.


Attention:

• Warranties begin the day the order was placed.
  
  
• Accessory items such as card carriers and SD card readers are NOT covered by the warranty.
  
  
• Any physical damage will NOT be covered by the warranty.
  
  
• Leetmod.com does NOT cover return shipment charges.
  
  
• Leetmod.com only replace the defective items with the SAME merchandise.
  
  
• If merchandise is functional upon delivery to us there will be a $2.50 USD handling fee per item.
  
  
• For Returns, please do NOT send as certificated mail or signature confirmed mail with your shipment, or you will risk significantly delayed processing time.
  
  
• It is advisable to have a delivery confirmation number (tracking number) on your return shipment in case your order is lost in the mail.
