How to change my flash drive from FAT into NTFS format?

NTFS format allows you to store bigger size files on the flash drive. It is also required to convert to NTFS format in order to set up a boot-up flash drive. To get NTFS format, simply follow these steps:

1, Plug the flash drive onto your computer.
2, Go to "My Computer", right click on the flash drive, then click on "Properties"
3, Click "Hardware" tab, choose "USB Device", then click on "Properties" button.
4, Click "Policies" tab, click "optimize for performance", confirm.
5, Go back to "My Computer", right click on the flash drive, then click on "Format", under "File System", there will occur a new option: NTFS, choose NTFS, then "Quick Format" your flash drive into NTFS.
