Please read our product description page to insure that you have installed the system files correctly into the microSD card. 

For R4 cartridges, please make sure that you are using a regular microSD card (up to 2GB). R4DS cartridges are not compatible with SDHC cards (4GB and up). If you want to use a bigger memory card, please select the R4SDHC cartridge.

R4i/Acekard 2i cartridges come with a 3rd party 1.4/1.4.1/1.4.2 firmware which alters the startup icon.  They are still covered by the warranty.

For DSi cartridges, if your cartridge is unable to be recognized, it may be due to a 1.4.2/1.4.3 firmware updated console, please also check our product description page for cartridge firmware upgrades.

For Acekard 2i cartridges, please make sure that your DSi console is set to English as its default language before usage.
